Five Directions


Every day, remember to look in these five directions:

  1. Forwards – To know where you’re going and plan ahead.
  2. Backwards – To remember where you came from and avoid mistakes from the past.
  3. Down – To make sure you don’t step on others or ruin things along the way.
  4. Sideways – To see who is there to support you, and who needs your help.
  5. Up – To remind yourself that there’s someone who’s watching over you.
