They say a person needs just 3 things to be truly happy in this world:

- Something to hope for.
So from today, take time to spend time with your loved ones, to tell them what they mean to you, listen to them, and develop your relationship with them. Find work and hobbies that you’re passionate about. Get outside and do something that truly engages you. Make positive thinking a habit. Get into the habit of squashing all negative thoughts and replacing them with positive ones.
